Warranty – All Powster products are warranted for 1 year against manufacturing defects (original purchaser only). Warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, normal wear, or material fatigue. Proof of purchase required.
Returns – You may return any unused product purchased directly from Powster within 30 days for a full refund. Products must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Exclusions – Spare parts, gift cards, discounted/clearance items, pre-owned or used products are not eligible for return.
