Standard Return Policy
We believe you’ll be satisfied with your purchases from Powster. Should a product fall short of your expectations, you may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days from purchase date, provided you have the receipt. The product should be in its original condition, complete with all the parts, accessories, tags, and packaging. In addition, please keep in mind:

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Powster (PowsterStudios.com) and Powster-owned Flagship Store. For Powster products acquired through other retailers, the return process must adhere to their respective returns and refunds policy.

Products can be returned only in the country where purchased.

All products must be returned in new and unused condition, including all accessories, manufacturer packaging, tags, and documentation.

All returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, a full refund for the cost of the merchandise will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days from the date we receive your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. Note: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to the designated return center, including any cross-border or international shipping fees, if applicable.

However, returns will be refused if the products showed any signs of usage or damage due to improper packaging. So, please ensure returns are carefully packaged before shipping them back to us. Tip: Reuse the original packaging to preserve the quality of the product.

- Physical and electronic gift cards
- Discounted/Marked down items (or items purchased on clearance sale, anniversary sale, seasonal sale, etc.)
- Pre-owned products, whether bought from our store or from third-party sellers

Potential Decline of Return & Refund Service
Return & Refund Service will not be offered under the following circumstances:

Returning of ineligible for return items, including but not limited to: spare parts, physical and electronic gift cards, pre-owned products, and items marked down for sale (e.g., clearance sales, anniversary sales, seasonal discounts, etc).

The purchaser initiated a refund request beyond 30 calendar days after receiving the product.

Returned products do not include all original manufacturer packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

Returned products are not in brand-new condition and show signs of usage like cracks, dents, or scratches.

Proofs of purchase, such as receipts or invoices, are not provided or reasonably suspected to be forged or tampered with.

Signs of tampering or alteration are evident on product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc.

Returned products are not shipped within 30 calendar days after receiving the confirmation from Powster Return & Refund Service.

You may apply for a Return & Refund Service, within 30 days after you receive the product, provided that the product is in a new and unused condition or exhibits a manufacturing defect.

Refund Time
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund process typically takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, varying based on the bank or credit card issuer. In certain cases, it may take up to 30 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, kindly wait for a full 24 hours before checking your bank account again. If the issue persists, reach out to your credit card company.
